Stuff Joins The Outlook for Someday

The Outlook for Someday sustainability film project for young people is delighted to welcome Stuff as a Media Partner.

Stuff will showcase the winning films made by young New Zealanders in 2017 for the project's annual film challenge, the Someday Challenge.

The 20 films will be online exclusively at Stuff for viewing from Monday 27 November.

From that day until midnight on Monday 4 December there will also be an online vote for the Stuff Audience Choice from among the winning films.

The film that wins the vote will be announced at The Body Shop Someday Awards red-carpet ceremony at the Aotea Centre in Auckland on 7 December.

The event will be livestreamed at Stuff. So the families, friends, schools and communities of the winning film-makers will be able to watch it all unfold from wherever they are.

In 2018 Stuff will also showcase the second Someday Stories series of six sustainability-focused short films by emerging young film-makers.

Thanks to support from NZ On Air, Te Māngai Pāho, the New Zealand Film Commission and The Body Shop each commissioned production team will receive $10,000 in funding to make their 8-12 minute film in the first half of 2018.
