ok, so if you dont have access to a computer with editing or sound programs, heres what you can do. get on the net and download the programs for free. there are so many different programs being offered up. here is one site that lists a few: http://tv.isg.si/site/?q=node/873.

also check out this site http://filmsound.org/sound-effects/libraries.htm, which lists various sites offering free sound effects.

i will keep adding to this forum as i find more free tools along the way. feel free to find/add your own.
